I am so so proud of my Slimming World groups this week.
We have given out 34 Awards this week across my 3 groups.

4 x Personal achievement targets,
4 x Club 10s, losing 10%
8 x ½ stone awards,
5 x 1 stone awards
5 x 1½ stone awards
2 x 2 stone awards
1 x 2½ stone awards
2 x 4 stone awards
1 x 4½ stone award
1 x 6 stone award
And a bronze body magic
A total of 259½lb lost (18 stone 7½lb 😍)

How does this make you feel?

It makes me feel excited!! It makes me realise we have so much time if we crack on with our goals NOW! There really is no better time!

It may be cold and dark with a covering of snow ❄️ in Doncaster! but it won’t be for long.

Before you know it, spring 🌸 and summer ☀️ will be on the horizon.

What we eat, and what we do now, will determine how we FEEL when the weather changes.
