Today is World Mental Health Day 🧘♀️🌍
Around 45% of those with chronic pain will experience depression at some point.
But did you know, that depression can heighten sensitivity to pain, sometimes making it feel worse than it physically is?

- The parasympathetic nervous system activates during massage and exercise, lowering cortisol
- Physical activity boosts endorphins which improves mood
