Many individuals I work with one-on-one are either experiencing or on the brink of severe overwhelm but often feel unable to express this at work for fear of being judged as incapable and facing potential repercussions. In my view, this is the best-kept secret in workplaces today, amplifying the already prevalent fatigue and burnout.
I have been combining my personal experience in leading high-performing teams and driving transformational change with my experience as a one-to-one therapist and coach in the development of a workshop offering I can deliver to small groups within organisations. I intend to seek opportunities to work with organisations in 2025.
I am inviting leaders to take part in a short questionnaire that will provide me with insights into the challenges their staff face when it comes to resilience and wellbeing at work, how they are addressing those challenges, and how they would like to if they aren't already.
