I first fell in love with Usui Reiki after personally experiencing the beautiful healing it can bring. During a particularly challenging time in my life — navigating the ups and downs of menopause and its endless symptoms — Reiki became a source of calm, balance, and renewal. The deep sense of peace I felt inspired me to study further and become a Reiki Practitioner, so I could share this gentle yet powerful energy with others who need it most. Alongside Reiki, I’m also a Certified Soma Breath Instructor, guiding people through rhythmic breathing, movement, and meditation to help them release stress, rebalance hormones, and reconnect with their body’s natural vitality. Both Reiki and breathwork complement each other beautifully — one working through energy, the other through breath — together creating deep relaxation and transformation from the inside out.
