📢 PRACTICE CLOSURE STAFF TRAINING DATES

Our surgery will be closed from 13:00 on Wednedsay 4th February and Tuesday 10th March for staff training so we can continue providing you with the best possible care. Both sites will reopen as normal the following working day.

⭐ When the Practice Is Closed
If you need medical advice or support over the festive period, there are several options available:

💊 Pharmacy First
Local pharmacies can offer expert advice on minor illnesses such as coughs, colds, sore throats, rashes and more. Many also have extended holiday opening hours. They can help you decide if anything further is needed.

📞 NHS 111
If you need urgent medical help or are unsure where to go, NHS 111 is available 24/7 online and by phone.
They can give self-care advice, direct you to the right service, or arrange urgent care if needed.

🚨 Emergencies – 999
For life-threatening emergencies, please call 999 immediately.

🌼 Capel Memorial Hall Open Door Fridays!🌼

We know that staying socially connected and having a warm, welcoming space to spend time in can make a real difference to wellbeing, particularly as during the winter months.

Capel Memorial Hall will be hosting *Open Door Fridays* from 7th November, every Friday between 10am and 3pm. This free, community-led drop-in offers:
