Last night we had a paramedic at Carbis Bay and he trained all the team on CPR and what to look for.

He did mention something we did not know and we are passing this information on to you (unless of course you may already know). You can now message 999, but you must be registered to do so - so message 999 with the word 'register’. You will receive a reply - read and message back ‘yes’

This is a silent form of helpfulness if ever you are out and about and you feel you are in danger.
