Huge celebrations this week in all of my Slimming World groups in Carbis Bay.

We celebrated our members who Slim together.

Our gorgeous winners of our two together competition were: Felicity Richards & Emma Stafford in the 5.30pm. Suzanne Day & Patricia Foster in the 7pm. Liz Noall & Janine Hart in the 8am. Claire Vincent & Andy in the 9.30am. 🫶

Getting outside more is definitely good for the soul 😊 Much better weather this week but the beaches are still quiet 😀 the dogs loved today not having to walk against the wind and the rain! ☀️
Now off to get ready for my gorgeous Slimming World groups this afternoon. 😊

Thrilled to see the sunshine this afternoon 🌞🌞
So, that in mind, there are far better things for me to be doing rather than at home cooking 🙈 but obviously we still need to eat. 😋
Thought I'd try something new. Slow cooked 'beefed-up Bolognese' out of the Slimming World air fryers recipe book! It took five minutes to throw all the ingredients in, then I'm thrilled to just walk off and leave it for the rest of the day! 😊 who says eating healthy has to be faffy! 😊
Thats me freed up for the afternoon and dinner sorted (providing it doesn't go wrong!) 😬
