🦷 Meet The Team 🦷

Neil qualified from Cardiff University in 2003 and joined us in 2007, bringing with him a wealth of experience in sedation, oral surgery, restorative dentistry and prosthetics. He later completed an MSc in Restorative & Aesthetic Dentistry and has even shared his expertise as a clinical supervisor at Peninsula Dental School 🤩

With advanced training in occlusion (how we bite), Neil uses his knowledge every day to help patients with jaw problems while creating natural-looking, long-lasting smiles. He takes a tailored, team-based approach to care and has been providing clear aligner orthodontics for nearly a decade, working with systems like Invisalign, Spark and Angel aligners to find the best solution for each patient 🦷

Known for his calm, kind and understanding nature, Neil is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care. He’s not only fantastic with patients but also a valued member of our team, always supporting those around him ☺️

Outside of the practice, Neil enjoys spending time with his family, and when he gets the chance you’ll find him running, cycling or open water swimming 🏃‍♂️🚴‍♂️🌊

Zara qualified in 2020 and brings an impressive 9 years of experience in the dental field. She’s a knowledgeable, dedicated member of our team and has even expanded her skills by completing her impression taking course! 🤩

She takes great pride in delivering high-quality patient care and always goes the extra mile to support both patients and colleagues 💙

Outside the practice, Zara loves all things seaside - from exploring the beautiful Cornish coast with her partner and her handsome dog Wesley, to making special memories with her little girl 🐶🌊

We welcomed Charley to our lovely reception team in October 2025! With a background in customer care, she’s all about making every patient feel relaxed, welcomed, and completely at ease from the moment they walk through our door 💛

When she’s not brightening up the practice Charley runs her own yoga business 🧘‍♀️ - so she definitely knows a thing or two about calm and balance! You’ll also find her soaking up the sun at the beach with her friends and her adorable dog Monkey 🐾, or off exploring new places on her latest adventure ✈️

We’re shining the spotlight on our amazing Treatment Co-Ordinator here at Carbis Bay Dental 💙

Jade qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2022 before expanding her knowledge with an Access course in Biology & Psychology 🧠 - combining science and people skills to give our patients the very best care.

She’s also completed in-house digital scanning training and is our go-to expert with the TRIOS scanner ✨ - creating precise, comfortable digital scans to support your treatment journey.

With her strong clinical background and genuine passion for patient care, Jade is here to guide you every step of the way - answering questions, explaining options, and making sure you feel informed, confident and completely at ease 🤍

When she’s not at the practice, you’ll find her walking her dachshund, Sunny 🐶 along the beach or keeping active with Pilates 🌊☀️
