As a woman who has Endometriosis, and a member of Endometriosis UK, I’ve just signed up to do their wonderful - 10K at the end of January 2026…💫💛💪🏽

Millions of women have Endometriosis ( Endo ), and so many don’t even realise they have it…
Debilitating pain, severe cramps, major blood loss, loss of energy, loss of work and just a generally crippling time for so many…
Every . Single. Month.💔
It has been scientifically proven, that the strength of pain at the start of the Endo bout, is equivalent to a heart attack.
So I, and millions of other women, have a ‘heart attack’ every month, year after year after year…,
F**k.
S**t needs to change.
There’s no known cure.
Jacksh*t has gone into any research into this until recently….
Raising money for this is extremely important to me as I want to help all of us women out there who have this.💖
The walk can be done anytime between 19th-25th Jan 2026, however, due to my own Endo dates, I will need to confirm which exact date I can do a bit closer into January!🙈🫶🏽💪🏽
But I’m a warrior - I shall do this with gusto!😍💪🏽
