✨ Pilates has landed at Mountain Yoga ✨
Were so happy to finally share that we’ve now added Pilates to our timetable 🙌
Every Tuesday | 12.30–1.30pm
Taught by the lovely Anna, who is an incredibly experienced Pilates instructor and genuinely so excited to welcome you into this new class.
This session is all about strength, control, mobility, and feeling more connected to your body, whether Pilates is brand new to you or already part of your movement routine.
Anna brings such a calm, supportive energy, and we know you’re going to love practicing with her 💚🗻
