Cece will be the perfect physio for you if you are dealing with antenatal and postnatal issues. Or if you are looking for some post natal rehabilitation. She is also perfect for pelvic floor muscle assessment in the management of urinary incontinence and mild prolapse. Cece works on a Wednesday.
Beth is the perfect choice if you are dealing with stress urinary leakage, bladder urgency and postnatal issues natal recovery. Beth works on a Monday.
Sophie is a musculoskeletal physio and so wonโt be the best choice if you need a pelvic floor check. However, if you are dealing with back, hip, shoulder, knee pain or are recovering from an injury, Sophie has the expertise to help you! Sophie works on a Thursday.
Rhiannon can help you with pelvic floor muscle assessment for incontinence, prolapse and pelvic pain. She has a special interest in the peri and post menopause stage of life and would be happy to discuss more. Rhiannon works on a Friday.
Shakira is able to help with pelvic floor issues, bladder problems, bowel issues, vaginal prolapse and pain. She is also on her journey to becoming recognised in pessary fitting. Shakira works most Tuesdays.
