Hi everyone!

I am taking a little break over the holidays and will be back on 5th January with classes, treatments, events, and all sorts of goodies!

Before I go, I just wanted to thank you all for your support. I couldn't do what I do without you, and my heart is full of gratitude for this life I have the privilege of living🙏

I look forward to continuing this journey with you all, but gor now I wish you a very peaceful and joyful Christmas🎄🎅🌟✨️

Somehow Jenny and I didn't get out yesterday during the day, so we went a bit later than normal and were rewarded with a beautiful fire sky and the perfect waxing crescent moon🌙

She loved her dusk walk, different smells, different perspectives, looping around with a cheesy, toothless grin on her chops🐶😊

I loved walking with my nose up in the air, feeling the chilly air on my face and feeling lucky to witness those incredible skies!🌙✨️💛

Our December Healing Soundbath will be held on Sunday, 14th December, 9:30-11am, at Cardiff Pilates Studio.

I invite you to join me and leave everything at the door, press pause on life and gift yourself a beautifully restorative and healing experience that will help release stress, trauma and blockages.

The healing power of sound has been used for millenia to heal the body, mind, and soul.

After a few minutes spent focusing on the breath and being present, you will be resting and allowing the soundwaves to wash over you, cleansing and balancing your being.

The experience will be filled with different sounds and frequencies that will allow your brainwaves to slow down and disconnect from external stimuli so you become aware of what is happening within.

At the end of it, the goal is for you to feel relaxed, rested, deeply nourished, restored, and more connected with your soul.

Please wear nice and comfy clothes and bring a blanket or three (and a pillow if you wish) so you remain comfy and cosy throughout.

Tea and light snacks will be shared at the end.

Experience the magic of Rebozo and learn how simple it can be to deeply care of your mind, body and soul.

During this two hour workshop you will learn how to use a Rebozo (a hand made Mexican Shawl) and bespoke essential oil blends to self massage and wrap your body for a comforting, connecting, nourishing and deeply relaxing experience.

There will be laughter, time to reflect and share as much or as little as you wish, a safe place for you to let it all be as you rest, supported by the Rebozo and held by the energy of sisterhood.

All are welcome, this is a truly nourishing, soothing experience that honours you as a woman wherever you are on your life journey.

You will need to wear comfy, layered clothes. Props are provided, but you may want to bring a blanket, a pillow and a towel for extra comfort.

At the end of the workshop, we will enjoy a comforting womb tea for grounding and we will have the opportunity to chat about your experience today if you wish to do so.
