We had donations from a florist exhibition yesterday, no one knows who donated the flowers 🌺, so thank you whoever you are, they were greatly appreciated by our residents, thank you for the donation of flowers 🌺

This week we have celebrated Dulcie’s 102nd Birthday 🎂 here at at TyCoch with an afternoon tea for her and the residents 🥰

A big thank you to all the staff at Ty Coch for all their hard work over the last few months!! Many ups and downs along the way but you all pulled together, and today we celebrated with a buffet lunch!!
I know it’s not much but as the Management team from Ty Coch we thank you ☺️ for all your hard work and continued support, ensuring that all the residents are well cared for and you all keep them smiling! ☺️

What a fabulous afternoon we had! Resident’s have made hanging baskets 🌺🌺 for the home!
Everyone throughly enjoyed planting and creating some fantastic hanging baskets 🌺
These will be around the home for Eve to see 🌺🥰

What a fabulous day…. 🥰
Porthcawl for the day! We had a lovely walk on the sea front ,fish and chips for lunch, amusements! Fun filled day with lots of laughter 😆
Thank you to VEST for the safe transport, Sian for organising the day out and Jen and Christine for all the help 🥰

Commemorating 80th anniversary of D-Day and the battle of Normandy 🥰
This morning we watched the live coverage of the UK national commemorations from the British Normandy Memorial in Ver-sur-Mer 🥰 followed by a lovely meal and then we were entertained by a fantastic singer from Music Care!
Great fun had by us all, singing along to the oldies! 🥰

Thank you to all that supported us yesterday at our BBQ … much fun was had by all! Thank you to Sian for arranging everything and a massive thank you to Andrew and Karen for helping on the day!
We also had Cwmbran ‘Piping Hot’ join us …. The bagpipes were fantastic 🥰
