Your health and safety are our top priority.
Please note that massage may not be suitable in the following conditions:

🚫 Strictly Contraindicated – Massage is NOT allowed if you have:
• Suspected or untreated blood clot (Deep Vein Thrombosis / Pulmonary Embolism)
• Symptoms may include: swelling in the arm or leg, severe pain and tenderness, skin redness/warmth, sudden chest pain, difficulty breathing, or dizziness.
• High fever, infections, or contagious skin conditions
• Recent surgery, open wounds, or fractures
• Severe heart conditions (e.g. uncontrolled heart disease, recent heart attack)
• Severe injuries (e.g. acute trauma, major sprains/strains not yet healed)
• Cancer unless with a written approval from your doctor

⚠️ Massage may be possible with caution (Doctor’s approval recommended) if you have:
• A history of blood clot that has been fully treated and cleared by your doctor
• Ongoing treatment with blood-thinning medication (anticoagulants)
• High or low blood pressure (controlled with medication)
• Varicose veins (avoid direct deep pressure on affected areas)
• Diabetes, especially if there are wounds on the feet

✅ Safe to proceed:
• General stress, muscle tension, stiffness, or mild aches from work or exercise
• Relaxation, wellbeing, and improved circulation under safe conditions

We provide professional massage services for male clients.
• Underwear must be worn at all times.
• Massage will be focused on the back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, feet, and head only.
• Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

Additional Treatments
We also offer facial treatments with a steamer as part of our service menu.

This policy is in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and therapists. 🙏
