We’re excited to announce our partnership with Celtic Warriors School — Cardiff’s elite combat gym led by TWO WAKO British K1 champions. 🥊🔥

Coach Alannah is heading to the WAKO World Championships in Abu Dhabi next week, and we’re proud to support her performance, recovery and preparation here at Cardiff Wellness Lounge. We’ll be part of her journey every step of the way. 💚

Celtic Warriors are the real deal — serious, technical coaching with a friendly culture and a genuine pathway into the GB Kickboxing Team. They train beginners, kids and fighters with proper skill development, no ego, and a beautifully kept new gym that’s built for growth.

We're back! 🔥🧖‍♀️

A huge thank you for your patience while we temporarily closed our infrared sauna due to an unexpected emergency. We're incredibly grateful to and the legendary Phillip Leech, who rushed in, saved the day, and built us a solid, insulated replacement wall in place of the broken glass — all in just 2 days. 🙌

Sessions will be back to normal from Friday the 17th, and we can’t wait to welcome you back into the heat.

Thank you again for bearing with us — we threw everything we had at this little sauna crisis.

Our Wellness Lounge has officially taken root in our beautiful new home at Willcox House, and we couldn’t have done it without the incredible community that carried this vision into reality.

Introducing our Founders Tree 🌳—a symbol of the many hands, hearts, and minds that made this space possible.

🍃 The branches and leaves represent our founders—those who believed in our vision, supported us, and helped this dream grow from idea to reality. You are forever part of this space.

At the roots are the talented professionals who physically built this space with care and dedication. We want to give a special shoutout to the craftspeople who brought it all to life:
