Alcohol Awareness Week 2025 ❤️

A representative shares how after losing a loved one and going through a difficult relationship, she threw herself into work. Alcohol gradually became part of her working day, as a way to cope with pain she hadn’t had time or space to process.

Through recovery, she’s rediscovered herself with a passion for health and wellbeing, and purpose in volunteering to support others on their own journeys.

Workplaces have a responsibility to look deeper, listen better, and respond with empathy. Real change starts with understanding.
