Maybe we're more connected to nature than we realise🌳

Studies have shown that spending time in nature can help lower stress levels, calm our nervous system and even improve concentration and sleep.

Seeing green trees, the smell of pine and hearing the gentle rustling of leaves or the sound of birdsong, can all positively impact how we feel - both mentally and physically.

Even just 20 minutes in nature can do wonders for our minds and bodies.
