Job description
We are looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team in the daily running of the Pharmacy

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for labelling and dispensing medications in all areas of the Pharmacy (including blister packs). The role includes dealing with both face-to-face and telephone queries with customers and a variety of healthcare providers (GPs, Hospitals etc). You will also be involved with stock management, ordering and managing repeat prescriptions.

Skills
We will offer full training to help undertake the role, however prior experience in Pharmacy would be desirable but not essential. You would require adequate computer skills and the desire to learn and develop new skills is always welcomed

We are looking for a candidate to work as a Medicines Counter Assistant across our Pharmacies. Prior experience working in a Pharmacy is desirable but not essential.

Duties include counter sales, dealing with customers, handling queries and stock management.

Some of the key skills required for this role include good customer service, patience and basic computer skills, but full training will be provided.
