Each week I create a sacred space for you to truly unwind and get nourishment for your mind, body and soul.

Expect soft lighting, aromatherapy oils, slow gentle poses - and a lovely head massage at the end of the class🧘‍♀️💆‍♀️

🌹 Hello to the lovely people of Llanrumney & surrounding areas!
(That means Rumney, St Mellons, Pentwyn, Llanedeyrn, Trowbridge… anyone close by!)

I’ve been thinking about how lovely it would be to create a little monthly sanctuary right here on our doorstep – a completely FREE evening of gentle guided meditation, energy healing (similar to Reiki), and pure good vibes.

No experience needed, no pressure, just a safe and welcoming space for anyone who’s spiritually curious, stressed, needing a reset, or just fancies some peace and connection with like-hearted people.

Picture this:
• Once a month (probably a Thursday or Sunday evening)
• About 60–75 minutes of pure calm
• Soft lighting, blankets, maybe a hot drink
• Everyone welcome – all ages (over 16), all backgrounds, all beliefs

I’d love to host this locally in Llanrumney if there’s enough interest.
