💷 I’m sure you’ve heard the saying “health is wealth”, but more than that, maintaining our health is a commitment we owe to ourselves

The lubrication in our joints, synovial fluid, provides nutrition, shock-absorption and cushioning in our joints and prevents our bones coming into contact with one another. Most adults should aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night. If you’re struggling with your sleep, consider reducing your screen usage for an hour before bed, drinking herbal teas, or supplementing with Zinc and Magnesium
