A question I have been asked many many times in my clinic is this - how big are the needles that I use?

This is a great picture which shows how the size of acupuncture needles, compare to other needles, and also how they compare to a human hair.

They're not as scary as you think are they? 😊
Hope this helps with some peoples reservations regarding having acupuncture.
