A question I have been asked many many times in my clinic is this - how big are the needles that I use?

This is a great picture which shows how the size of acupuncture needles, compare to other needles, and also how they compare to a human hair.

They're not as scary as you think are they? 😊
Hope this helps with some peoples reservations regarding having acupuncture.

International Womens Day 2023

Acupuncture is no longer considered an "alternative" and is now used regularly in Western medicine. In particular, acupuncture has been widely used to alleviate diverse pain, including menstrual pain.

Over the years, I have frequently helped women who have had fertility issues, PCOS, endometriosis and unexplained issues when trying to conceive.
