We are coming to the end of Back Care Awareness week, so here's a reminder from :

Stand. Stretch. Stride.

Whether you're on your feet all day, sitting at a desk, or rushing between shifts, your spine needs regular movement to stay strong, flexible and pain-free.

Stand - take breaks often, change positions, and avoid staying still looking long.
Stretch - ease muscle tension and improve mobility
Stride - get your steps in, keep circulation flowing, and reset your posture
