I have some good news for you all...

I have started working on the first Fun Fact Friday since coming back from Japan! ☺️❤️ I know that you are all incredibly excited for the return of your favourite series...so I wanted to let you know what crystal we are going to be doing. I also wanted to give you taste of what you can expect to learn this Friday.

The first Fun Fact Friday since my return will be.....Sulphur! 💛💛💛

Did you know that Sulphur was the cause of a diplomatic crisis in 1840?
Sicily produced most of the world's sulphur in the 19th century which was vital for the British industrial revolution (especially textile finishing). A diplomatic and military dispute between Great Britain and the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies over control of Sicilian sulphur began when Ferdinand II’s 1838 grant of a monopoly to a French firm violated an 1816 treaty with Britain, triggering a British naval blockade.

Hello crystal community!

We have officially returned from Japan. We had an absolutely brilliant time delving into Japanese culture, and exploring its truly beautiful landscape. The people of Japan are the friendliest most polite people we have ever met. 🇯🇵

But now we are back home its time to get back into the swing of things. Let me introduce you all to the brand new series Did You Know. These are for facts that don't quite make it onto Fun Fact Friday but are still fascinating in their own way. This first edition contains two fantastic facts about Aventurine. Enjoy☺️💚

I asked in a local mineral shop where I can get Japanese minerals and she said “the internet” 😅😂. We are off to Kyoto next … watch this space 😄

Hello there crystal community 👋☺️

Its official...we made it through the winter! we are now officially in british summer time. What better way to celebrate the brighter days ahead than with some bracelets and carvings that are sure to make you smile. ☀️💛 Lets get straight into this weeks Star of The Post.

🥇 First place goes to this high quality Lapis Lazuli Owl. This Owl is absolutely stunning and today it's blew the away the rest of the contenders. 💙

🥈Second place goes to the Uv reactive Kunzite bracelet. Firstly, this would be a beautiful gift for a loved one. Secondly, when have you ever seen a Uv reactive bracelet before?? It's bound to make you stand out from the crowd!

🥉Third place goes to the realistic Fruit Jasper Snake. I would have put it higher but its too scary!...I hate snakes but I love crystals. 😂
