❤ Day of All Hearts ❤

Lovely post from a Swedish yoga teacher friend: In Sweden, today is called the "Day of All Hearts" 🇸🇪 To live a life feeling content requires us to live wholeheartedly. Living wholeheartedly doesn't mean not feeling sadness, it is asking us to feel life as it is and as it is not, along with all emotions that go with it. In yoga, we create connection with ourself so that we can fully connect through love for others 🥰Yoga is for dealing with you and life wholeheartedly ❤️

They are running a few free classes this week, to showcase their timetable & launch of their new website, starting with Yoga at 9.30 tomorrow 🙏 Timetable below, green highlighted ones are the free sessions. Excited to announce that I will be hosting a 75 minute Christmas Calm Yoga session for the lovely Escofit team on Friday 18th @11.15 in Penarth. Yes 75 minutes of complete relaxation and calm😊🎄
You will of course need to bring a mat, plus any blocks, straps, props that may use in your practice and recommend bringing a blanket/extra layer to keep you cosy and warm in your Savasana😴
I have heard from Escofit towers there will be a little Festive treat at the end☺️🎄
