Here are 5 quick tips to help you get ahead of it this spring:

✅ Start antihistamines early. Don't wait until symptoms are in full swing.
✅ Rinse with saline nasal spray. It helps clear pollen from your airways.
✅ Wear sunglasses outdoors. They're not just for style. they protect your eyes from pollen too!
✅ Shower after being outside. Washing off pollen makes a real difference overnight.
✅ Pop in for advice. We can help you find the right treatment for your symptoms.
