Last week we had the pleasure of hosting our first class for the Women Connect First group in Cardiff, taught by 🧡

The Women Connect First charity “improve the lives of minoritised women and girls from the centre in Riverside in Cardiff, at the heart of the city’s ethnic minority communities”

We can’t wait to begin this chapter with you and help provide safe and meaningful movement for the women in your community.
