‘PRIVATE CREMATION’
Which is why we ONLY offer ‘PRIVATE CREMATION’ and it will only ever be just ‘your pet’ and no other. The ashes you receive back will only, ever be, ‘YOUR’ pet’s ashes!

‘INDIVIDUAL CREMATION’
This is something that WE DO NOT OFFER, as this can mean your pet is placed in to an extremely large machine / chamber with many other peoples pets with just a small metal block between each one, THUS THEN NOT being a Private Cremation of your beloved pet as when the service is taking place, the high temperatures reached will create a significant amount of ash that will circulate all together inside the machine, then on completion, as the temperature drops the whole of the ash will also drop. (The ash of all the pets).
Therefore when someone states ;’That you get 100% of your pet ashes back’, if an ‘Individual Cremation’ took place with other pets placed in the same machine with a small metal bar between them then it would not be the truth as it would be absolutely impossible!

*People get very confused by these two very similar sounding words, but are quite different in the world of Cremation and so therefore, we hope that this helps to make people aware of the differences to avoid being misled / deceived.

Therefore, please remember that when a company or person states that it is ‘Individual cremation’, it may not be just all of your pet’s ashes, but there is a possibility that it may be a mixture of any other pets that may have been placed in the same machine as your pet.

I just feel very passionate about how important it is to educate and notify people of the differences, as this is something I only discovered myself when setting up ‘SunnyVale Pet Cremation Cardiff’
and it annoys me to think, myself included, that I could have been duped in the past for paying for a service for my beloved pet, that I did not receive!

Furthermore, WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTRACTS WITH ANY VETS and are 100% Independently family owned so that we can deliver a more personal & professional service, aiming to return your pet’s ashes back to you within 2 – 3 days, unlike most vets who usually take around 2 – 3 Weeks & of which, as mentioned above may be based on Individual Cremation and possibly not a Private Cremation. *Therefore, again, do be sure to ask your service provider.

*Therefore, please do be careful and check the ‘wording’ when you hire a Cremation Service for your much loved pet, because if you state that you require ‘Individual’ it is likely they will be placed with other animals/pets.

*Please do be sure to state that if it is just your own Pet you want cremated by itself, then please do be sure to insist that you require a ‘Private Cremation’ only!
