Available for hen dos/ pre-wedding etc. Holistic massage is a form of massage that considers the 'whole' person. It starts with a consultation and we can discuss how your body and brain are feeling, and what you would like from the massage. It can be helpful for the following:
-tired, achy muscles
-stress
-stiff joints
-sluggish digestion
-sleep issues
-anxiety / emotional issues
-and much more!

The massage is tailored to suit your needs on that particular day and can differ from session to session. It is based on swedish massage but can incorporate other techniques such as deep tissue work, energy work, and myofascial release. If you have any questions please get in touch! Wow, what a weekend of sunshine, chats with old friends and 20ish miles of ups and downs...it's definitely me that needs the massage this week!
