When Aaron’s kids Trinity, Cheyenne and nephew Lew turn up for nurture flow class, and are surprised I can also teach a gentle Hotpod flow class.

Thought they might be bored with a slower pace class, turns out they really liked it.

Nurture flow is great for those who like a gentler class, but also for the more energetic hotpodders who need some gentle practice to balance out the energetic Hotpod flow classes.
