                                            An example of my nutrition in a day 🍲 
Protein has been an important part of my foods for over 5 years, I hit perimenopause age 39, My dutch lab results/symptoms show I am now deep in menopause, I am 47, I train weights 4x per week and have been weightlifting for over 7 years. 
I calculate my macros, daily protein, good fats and carbohydrates to my ‘bio-individuality’ and experience of my health needs. Why?
I have a history of metabolic syndrome, pre-diabetes, severe allergies, suspected thyroid disease and obesity-tendency. There has been much trauma therefore I have a disposition to inflammation. My body has overspilled many times in this life. 
My functional health tests indicate my body/genetic snps do not metabolise fats as well as protein and carbohydrates. 
I include good fats into my daily diet but limited to my ‘bio’ as well as carbohydrates with plenty of fibre. All tailored to my ‘bio- INDIVIDUALITY’ 
I do the same with my clients but thats not the first step.
I educate you first, reset your habits and hold you accountable. 
I do not advocate quick weight loss, on the scales constantly or getting stressed by numbers they do however need to come into play, my health and nutrition is its best when I dial in.
