Because we are overwhelmed by the situation, we must pause our distraction games and take a deep look at our situation, rethink our beliefs, values, objectives and the course of our lives. This is an excellent opportunity to reevaluate and release guilt, or to change our attitudes. In the storm of life crises, we face polar opposites. Should we hate or forgive finally? Will we learn from it and grow or keep grumbling until we become utterly bitter? Do we choose to look a blind eye to our own and others’ shortcomings, or rather be offended and mentally assault them further? Do we run away from similar situations filled with fear, or do we once and for all overcome the crisis and finally overcome it? Will we choose hope or discouragement? Are we able to use this experience to learn how to give or are we hiding back in the snail house of fear and bitterness? Every emotional experience offers you a chance for ascension or decline. Which one will we choose ? This is the question."
