This months exercise to incorporate into your everyday life is squats. We squat down and up multiple times a day whilst going from sitting to standing and standing to sitting, the issue is we often use our hands to do this so miss out on so many amazing health benefits! This month we want you to focus on NOT using your hands when sitting down or standing up. (If you struggle with balance please continue to use your hands especially if you’re on your own).

- Strengthen your legs and glutes
- Improves your balance
