Bluebird Care (Cardiff North) delivers care at home in the area of Cardiff between the A48 and the M4 including St Fagans, Pentyrch, Creigiau,Tongwynlais, Pontprennau and all surrounding areas. What we do:
Our Home Care is available to anyone who simply needs some extra help to allow themselves to continue to live independently in their own home. Some people require very little help with daily living to maintain their independence, whilst others require more complex care and support to achieve this. Either way our experienced, trained and motivated staff can meet the needs of a wide range of circumstances whether it is help of a personal nature or of the more practical kind. We work with people who might be elderly, with dementia or alzheimer’s, with physical or learning disabilities, those with sensory impairment, people being discharged from hospital with re-ablement or other short term needs and those with longer life limiting conditions.
