I am a qualified and registered CBT, Integrative Counsellor .
Evidence based therapy model , that works well with tackling issues such as , self doubt , feeling of hopelessness, loss of motivation- constant unhelpful worrying thoughts, unable to stop negative thoughts . Feeling not good enough or a failure, feeling lonely, thoughts like “ what is the point “ . “No one likes me “and feeling of stuck.

Most of my experience is around working with trauma related issues, such as anxiety and depression symptoms, and those mentioned above .

Anxiety and depression management therapy services
