My gallbladder removal op went well yesterday so it's recovery time for me this week.
Calls and messages will be responded to and appointments will start again from next week all being well. I'll only be seeing a few patients starting off but I do have some availability during the Easter holidays.

Hi all!
I'm having my gallbladder removed 🤞 next Tuesday....1st April...just couldn't make it up! 🤦🤣
I'm working all day/evening Monday and all being well back to work part time the following week.
I will reply to calls/messages probably from Thursday so please bare with me 🩷
Keep everything crossed this operation goes ahead and send good vibes this way please!
Thanks for being so understanding especially those I've had to see early before my op.
Can't wait to see you all....an organ down 😂

Hello!
I have been given the date of my surgery as 1st April ... Let's hope it's not an April fools!!
It's much sooner than expected which is good but I have been juggling patients around so I can see you before I go in.
After surgery I'll be working reduced hours for a few weeks and I'm hoping it won't cause too much disruption.
I have contacted or waiting to hear back from anyone where the date clashes but if I have not contacted you

YOUR APPOINTMENT IS STILL GOING AHEAD.

🌤️1st of March...the sun is shining, I love it!
💷This is just a polite reminder that from **1st April** the price of a Chiropody treatment will increase to £35 (£5 extra for nail polish).
👣 I don't increase the fee annually as I understand everything is increasing financially but I feel my treatment cost is still very competitive and reflects my 15 years of private practice experience.
❤️ Thank you all again for your love and support over the years but even more so the last few weeks when I've been unwell. I am due to go back to hospital for urgent gallbladder removal but we all know what NHS wait times are like. I will keep you all posted and will hopefully be able to arrange patients around my hospital stay and recovery.

Surgery was a success yesterday 😅
I'm so glad to be coming home today but I need to take it easy for a little bit.
I'll be in touch over the next week to rebook patients in but I won't be able to start back as busy as I was before so apologies for the waiting time.
They removed 5 gall stones from my bile duct (originally thinking it was just the 1!) and I'm due surgery to remove the gallbladder in a few months time.

I'm sorry to say I'm still here...
My op was cancelled at the very last minute (again) yesterday.
I was rocking the gown and surgical stockings.
Nothing happens on the weekend so I'm praying for Monday 🤞🤞🤞
Again I am sorry for cancelling yet another week's worth of patients ( I have contacted all for next week)
Please cross every finger, toe, hair on your head for me

Still here unfortunately...
Failed endoscopy which made a pin hole cut in my intestines...
Keeping everything crossed they can try again tomorrow but at the weekend they don't do many procedures 😬
My IV drip had begun to fill up my left arm instead of sending fluids into my vein so they've swapped over.
Rocking a Simpsons coloured body and a hulk arm!
Still only allowed sips of water until further notice.
My mum, Brett and Callie have just been in to see me which brightened up my day so much...Noah's away on a school trip but he's sending me loads of photos!

So I'm hopeful having an endoscopy tomorrow to solve half of the problem with my gallstones. Keyhole surgery may be the additional answer but probably won't all get done tomorrow.
I'm turning an awkward shade of yellow due to gallstones blocking my dile duct so it's like a weird unhealthy tan from a holiday I've not been on?! 😅
Again, I am so sorry for not being able to make any appointments this week, it's driving me crazy having to cancel and not be able to rearrange yet.
Thank you all for being so understanding and for your well wishes, it truly means a lot. I will message or get Brett to call you normally the day before to let you know about your appointment.
