💊⚠️There's nothing worse than delivery delays letting down patients.
Being able to tell them exactly when they can pick stuff up “is crucial”, John says.

John told us he used to worry about losing patients because of not knowing when stock would arrive.

Before joining Cambrian, they had no idea. Their system said stock was available, but it often wasn’t. They had to order, then hope.

Not anymore thankfully.

He can see availability from every one of his suppliers on e-CASS Web, and is able to let patients know when their prescription will be ready.

It's nice to hear from John that using e-CASS is improving patient experience. His patients now know, if there's medication available in the market - John will have it.
