🚨 Announcement incoming 🚨

Team Agile is going from strength to strength 💪 And we are so excited to announce that the team is growing once again! So please join us in welcoming our newest clinician, Rhodd!

Rhodd has a passion for all things health and fitness. Her journey in the industry began as a PT back in 2019, and she has expanded on that by qualifying as a physiotherapist and achieving a Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage.

Her Sports Massage diary is officially open, with physio appointments due to be offered in the near future (watch this space 👀).

You'll see him out and about every Thursday in the local clean up effort so don't be afraid to say hello! 👋 We are so lucky to have an area as lovely as Pen-y-Lan on our doorstep.

Once upon a time, our lovely clinic space was a house. Big changes have been made, but so many of the gorgeous original features have been kept, allowing us to maintain a warm and welcoming environment. From the moment you set foot in our clinic, we will endeavour to make you feel right at home. You'll be greeted with a smiling face and you never have to be without a cup of tea ☕ And don't be surprised to find yourself immersed in conversation and laughter with any of our staff - we all love a good natter!

We are very excited to welcome back a familiar face... Croeso nôl to OG Team Agile member, Kasia! Kasia joined the team way back in 2016 when she was just 21! She's been off having her own adventure, including lots of ballet training, getting married and welcoming her little man, Logan, into the world. It's a pleasure to have her back and we know our Agile followers will join us in giving her the warmest welcome back when you see her behind the front desk 💙
