Hi I'm Virginia and I have been offering Complementary Therapies since 2011. no lift facilities sorry.

I am a Home based therapist and treatments are available in Rumney, Cardiff:
Daytime from 10.30am with last appt booked at 6.30pm
Weekends 11am - with last appt booked at 6pm

Why come for a treatment with me? All treatments are tailored to your individual needs and I also introduce Aromatherapy into the treatments, allowing the benefits of the essential oils to enhance your experience. What draws people to have a Reiki or Reflexology treatment? Both Reiki and Reflexology promote deep relaxation and stress reduction. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression or daily emotions and busy life style both these therapies will help you find that quiet space and promote grounding. I also offer Sound healing treatments, again as with Reiki and Reflexology this offers the same wellness benefits (not suitable if you have an implanted medical device i.e Pacemaker, suffer with epilepsy or early pregnancy)

Therapies do not diagnose any medical conditions but they are great for working alongside, I myself I have used them whilst undergoing cancer treatment so I am a big advocate for this. (Reflexology unsuitable if you have a pacemaker fitted)
