It is a focused 30 minute webinar where I will discuss:

- The impact of resting to our physical, mental and

- My top 3 tips for starting to introduce resting to your

It might not seem like it but weโ€™re already past mid-summer. Make the most of these light nights. Simple habits of standing and changing your position for a transient 15 seconds every 15 minutes works very well. This can be augmented with a commitment to walk away from your desk for at least 10 minutes every lunchtime or a short walk in the evening.

We previously talked about prolonged sitting & how it will increase your risk of developing mildly annoying musculoskeletal disorders (MSDโ€™s). Whilst sitting is not the only culprit, it is a contributory factor that becomes more significant in the presence of additional stressors to the body, such as obesity, smoking and reduced fitness.
