🍕🥗Creating a Balanced Meal 🍇🍫
What is a balanced meal?
A meal that provides you with nutrients and energy to keep you full and nourished throughout the day
Made up of four components:
~ Protein
~ Carbohydrate
~ Fat
~ And plenty of fibrous fruit and veg
It doesn’t have to be complicated or time consuming, and most importantly you can add whatever you like. Pick one source of protein, one carb, a portion of fat and as many fruit or veg as you like. Combine it all and you have yourself a balanced meal.
