We are so excited to announce our new therapist Charlotte ❤️

Charlotte has an BSc in Sports Therapy and is currently studying for her Masters in Rehabilitation. We are very lucky to have her here with us!

Charlotte will be in clinic every Monday 5:30 - 8:30pm, Wednesday 4.30 - 8.30pm and will be here every Saturday 9:30am - 12.30pm

Charlotte will be offering a 15% discount on all first appointments attended throughout April, available to both new and old clients of The Recovery Room.

🌟 Important Update 🌟

From 1st January 2025, there will be a small increase to treatment costs.

As a business, I have tried my hardest to keep costs down and have frozen prices for the last 2 years despite increasing costs in insurances, products, system costs and just about all areas of keeping TRR running.

I will continue to offer block bookings to keep the cost down for those of you needing a block of treatments.

Prices will remain frozen until the new year. Gift vouchers are still available to use in the new year at the current 2024 prices.

Weekend update 🥰
On Sunday I took part in the Castle to castle run from Caerphilly to Cardiff in aid of Velindre. 11 miles long!
It's been 8 years since I ran properly, but the current Hyrox training has got me back into it. I might even be enjoying it a little.
It was the first event my Husband and I have ever done together (what a way to celebrate our first anniversary) and a few of the team turned up to absolutely smash that course!
5.5 weeks until my first full Hyrox in Madrid and I feel like I'm in a comfortable place with my training
Thank you to for programming me these last 6 weeks. I feel the fittest I have in years (biceps win races 👀)
If anyone hears of a spare Cardiff 1/2 space, I may or may not know someone wanting to run it 👀❤️

On 14th July will be hosting their very own Colosseum Games which is now FULLY BOOKED in order to raise as much money as possible for Young Lives vs Cancer.

On top of that, I'll be offering sports massage throughout the day in return for donations towards this very special charity.

We are currently seeking raffle prizes if anyone may be able to spare a donation. You are very welcome to purchase raffle tickets when you come in for your sessions too and I'll notify you of your prizes.
