A huge thank you to everyone who joined our Mighty Health Care Well-Being Session on Managing Burnout & Stress.
Your engagement, openness, and willingness to learn made it truly impactful.

Today, we explored:
💡 What stress and burnout really are
🧠 How they affect the mind and body
👀 How to spot early warning signs in yourself and others
🛠 Practical techniques to manage stress in daily life and at work
🌱 Strategies to prevent burnout and maintain a healthier work-life balance

Fantastic to see participants gaining clarity on their stress triggers and building confidence to take steps toward better wellbeing.
