As a qualified nutritional adviser I also offer naturopathic nutrition consultations to improve health. Through this holistic approach, advice is given on diet, focusing on food as a medicine, to encourage the body's natural healing process and achieve optimal health. This week we celebrate Diwali and Govardhan Puja - both taking place during the sacred month of Kartik, a time of devotion, gratitude, and renewal.

In yoga, this season invites us to reflect on the values that shape our lives - compassion (ahimsa), sincerity (satya), and a joyful sense of duty (seva).

Yoga is so much more than movement - it’s a way of walking through the world with awareness, humility, and heart. ✨

As I light a candle on my altar, I connect with the light within - a reminder to act with kindness, to serve with love, and to live with grace.

Some of my most peaceful moments have come from Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).

It’s the practice that taught me that rest is powerful - that doing less and turning quietly inward can change everything.

Next Monday, I’ll guide a gentle Yoga Nidra followed by Gong Bath - a candle-lit session for deep rest.

I’m still floating a little after last night’s Sound Bath ✨

The studio felt peaceful, with flickering candlelight and that familiar blue glow - such a lovely evening with the gorgeous souls who joined me.

Someone described it as “the most beautiful, immersive sound bath.”

Reading those words made me pause and smile - that’s exactly what I hope people feel when they’re here.
