*Only 3 spaces left*

Tired but unable to fully switch off? This session is designed to address that directly.

It’s slow. Mostly floor-based. Minimal movement.

Long supported postures, warm cacao and extended gong sound to help the body properly settle.

If you’ve been feeling tired but unable to fully switch off, this is two hours to stop.

Suitable for beginners • Small Group Rhiwbina Village

Unwind deeply with Restorative Yoga, a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, and a healing Gong Bath. A sacred journey of relaxation, connection & sound healing.

For some time, I’ve been noticing how many women are living in a constant state of nervous system overload.

On the surface everything looks fine.

But underneath there’s tension, shallow breathing, exhaustion, poor sleep.

This is something I understand personally - and it’s shaping how my work is evolving.

Beyond weekly classes, I’ve been refining how I support women in regulating their nervous systems more deeply.

For women who feel constantly “on,” this support can change everything.

More on this soon.

If this resonates, you’re not alone.

Mid-chant… and Ozzie decided that was the perfect moment for a full smacker to the face.

Not quite the serene image people imagine when they think of yoga, but maybe closer to the truth.

We always open and close our sessions with a simple chant. Not because anyone needs to sing well or know what they’re doing, but because sound has a way of gathering everyone into the same space. It settles the room, quietens the mind, and marks the shift from the outside world into practice, and then gently back again at the end.

Chanting isn’t about performance or perfection. Some days it feels grounding, some days emotional, and some days it involves a dog licking your face halfway through.

Either way, it reminds us that practice happens in real life, not separate from it.

The practice continues, whether it’s shared online or not.

Not because the work stopped. Classes continued, conversations continued, and the connection that happens person to person never paused.

I believe deeply in yoga and in what it offers when it’s lived, not performed.

The wellness world moves quickly. Trends come and go, voices get louder, and sometimes the quieter moments don’t make it onto a screen. But those moments are the practice.

This space has never been about performance. It’s about returning to what matters - the rhythm of showing up to practise together and leaving a little lighter.

Thank you to everyone who came to the restorative yoga, cacao ceremony, and gong bath.
An evening of supported rest, simple ritual with ceremonial cacao, and sound.

I’m always moved by how these evenings unfold. A shared ease arrives when people slow down together.

The next restorative yoga, cacao ceremony, and gong bath will be on March 8.

If you’re curious about ceremonial cacao or simply in need of deep rest, you’d be very welcome.

These are the questions people often ask before they come to yoga - usually quietly, usually with a bit of doubt underneath.

Am I flexible enough?

Will it be awkward if I’ve had a break?

What if I can’t keep up?

What if I feel self-conscious?

The truth is: most people arrive feeling exactly that way.

Yoga isn’t about performing or getting it right.

It’s about being met where you are - with options, gentleness, and space to breathe.

My classes are candle-lit, calm, and supportive, with room for real bodies and real lives.

If you’ve been hovering, wondering, or telling yourself “maybe later”…

this might be your quiet permission to come as you are😊

Join me for a candlelit sound bath with gongs and Himalayan bowls - an evening to slow down and properly rest.

A warm, cosy space with cushioned mats (no hard floors), blankets and bolsters - and a hot water bottle if you’d like one.

We’ll end with homemade water kefir and raw chocolate.
