It was an incredible day for Sonja (our founder) and her co-author Anne Savage, launching their research for Tinnitus UK all about health in the ecosystem.

If the wider industry works together, we hope that new legislation to protect everyone who loves and works in live music takes place.

Tangible, positive change is coming.

A special thank-you to the wider team at and for Earl Russell for hosting us.

Getting used to hearing aids can feel overwhelming at first.

One of the best things you can do is take a quiet walk. Not too busy. Not too loud. Just you and the world around you.

A stroll through the park or around the block gives your brain a gentle chance to relearn sound. You might hear birds again. Or leaves rustling. Or your own footsteps. Little things that were missing or duller.

It’s not about hearing everything all at once. It’s about giving your mind space to adjust without pressure. No conversations. No background music. Just you and the moment.

Walking helps you reconnect. Not just with sound but with confidence.

Take it step by step. One day at a time.
