South Wales Pan-Disability League Providing pan-disability football 7's to all age groups and genders across South Wales. Fully affiliated to the Football Association of Wales.

The SWPDL is also the only provider of competitive 11-a-side pan-disability football in Wales for adults (16+).

We have two upcoming matches in the SWPDL 11's, both on 8th March.

take on Exiles Dragons in their rearranged game in the league, with both teams needing a win to stay in touch with the leaders. Exiles won in the reverse fixture in January but that won't mean anything in Swansea.

We also welcome who will play their first ever SWPDL 11's game against SWPDL Cup debutants Jumpers for Goalposts, in their Semi-Final in Llandovery.

It's all business between now and the end of the season.

Firstly, we must apologise for not getting the fixture graphic out before this game!
But more importantly, here is the result between title-challengers and yesterday, Barry getting revenge for their defeat to MHFW in November, to go back to top of the table on goal difference, albeit having played a game more than .

Next games are planned in for March as it stands, will get those fixture graphics out soon!

Two fantastic games and two important results in the SWPDL 11's last weekend.

Holders were held to a draw by table-toppers Jumpers for Goalposts, with three goals apiece. Unbeaten Jumpers sit first with Barry second, on seven and four points respectively.

Exiles Dragons got off the mark with a comeback win against , who now sit fourth and third with three points each.

As we sit at the halfway mark, there is still a lot of football to play and the league is still anyone's with three rounds to go!

Our 11's season is back up and running with two matches on Sunday.

host Jumpers for Goalposts in Llanelli at 12pm. Can Barry get their title defence back on track after defeat to MHFW? Or will Jumpers extend their winning run and stay at the top of the table?

Exiles Dragons look to get their first win when they host , who last out beat the defending champions.

Matchday #2 came and went with two brilliant games being played in Swansea and Cardiff respectively.

finally got their win over unbeaten after running them close last season. Whilst Jumpers for Goalposts triumphed over Exiles Dragons with a hard fought win to keep their unbeaten start alive.

Back to the 11's in the SWPDL this week, with two matches being played in Swansea and Cardiff on Sunday.

play in Swansea at 12pm. Barry will be hoping to continue their 100% record whilst MHFW will be hoping to bounce back from their defeat against Jumpers.

Exiles Dragons host in Cardiff at 1pm. Exiles will be looking to put their defeat against Barry to one side whilst Jumpers look to keep the pace with Barry at the top.
