My new TMJ tool has arrived

I got this specifically for stubborn jaw pain. It’s gentle on the surface but works deep into the muscles, ideal when other techniques feel a bit intense.

I’ve already noticed it’s great for easing temple tension and even helping sinus pressure. Double win.

Always investing in better ways to help my TMJ patients.

A delicate subject but an important one..

I know what you’re thinking when you’re lying on this table: "Don't fart. Don't fart. Don't fart!."

​It’s one of the common anxieties patients have. But here is the truth from the other side of the table:

We​ genuinely don't mind. It's normal.
​Sometimes a release of tension in the muscles leads to a release of... other things. It happens to everyone. It’s just someone’s body responding to pressure and relaxation.

​My goal is to help people feel better, and it's hard to do that if someone is tensed up with worry. Our treatment room is a safe space for recovery and pain relief, and everything that comes along with it.

Giving someone the space to talk, explain, and feel heard changes everything.
Especially with hands-on treatment.

When people feel safe and understood, their nervous system settles.
