Chris Ross Chiropractic Our aim at Chris Ross Chiropractic is to help you to get back to health by providing relief from neck & back pain, headaches, dizziness and aching joints.

Dr Chris Ross settled in South Wales after graduating from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. Chris was born and raised in Essex and formerly worked as a currency trader in the City of London. At the age of thirty, Chris underwent major lower back surgery (spinal fusion). Chris continued to experience back pain and discomfort as the rest of his spine had to work harder to compensate for the area which had been fused. This is a very common issue following spinal fusion. A friend recommended Chiropractic and after several treatments, Chris felt a great improvement in mobility and significant reduction in his pain. Initial treatments were complemented by a tailored programme of stretches and strengthening exercises designed to provide long-term stability to his spine and pelvis. Chris still performs these exercises daily which has enabled him to keep pain free and physically active. Having experienced spinal problems first hand, and the significant benefits brought by Chiropractic care, Chris gave up his career in the City to train as a doctor of Chiropractic Care. Chris is convinced that Chiropractic care can change people's lives and is dedicated to helping clients get back to health and sustain long term wellbeing.

Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day is observed annually on October 15th to honour babies who have died due to pregnancy loss or infant death.
It is also a day to raise awareness of the emotional and psychological challenges faced by those who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss.

We will be closing for a few days on Monday 23rd December at 1 pm, and will re-open for treatments at 10 am on Thursday 2nd January.
