No pointe shoes?! No problem! 👟 You do not need to have pointe shoes to attend. This experience is designed to mentally and physically prepare you for the transition before you ever buy your first pair.

Who is this for? 👥

The Aspiring Dancer: Students who wish to dance on pointe in the future.

The Current Pointe Student: Dancers already on pointe who want to extend their knowledge, improve technique, and fix common issues.

THE AIM: A scientific roadmap to your full splits.


THE COMMUNITY: This is an encouraging, "no-judgment" environment. Age and background do not matter—whether you are 20 or 50, a beginner or advanced, we support each other.

THE VIBE: Supportive, focused, and rewarding.

THE PROGRESS: We will take weekly photos to celebrate how your body transforms. You won’t believe the difference by Week 8!

And, our structured Introduction to Ballet course is a beautiful way to reconnect with yourself. It’s not just about the movement; it’s about the poise, the mental clarity, and the supportive community you build along the way. ✨

We are pleased to bring our 7-Week Introduction to Ballet Course to our Newport🌿

🗓 Starts: Tuesday, Jan 13th 8:15pm - 9pm

📍 Where: Graig Community Centre, Newport
✨ Focus: Foundation, posture, strength, flexibility and Happy feeling!

Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced dancer, this workshop is designed for everyone who wants to feel the magic of The Nutcracker.
🩰 DRESS CODE ALERT: BRING THE SPARKLE! 🩰
Do you have a tutu hanging in your wardrobe waiting for its moment? A sparkly skirt that needs a spin? Bring them!
While absolutely optional (standard ballet wear is fine!), we highly encourage you to dress up and fully embrace your inner Sugar Plum Fairy. Let's fill the studio with magic and tulle for the last Sunday of the year!
