Today is World Menopause Day. Menopause can bring with it many physical and emotional symptoms but can also be a great catalyst for change when we start listening to our bodies and prioritising self care.
One of the biggest things you can do at this time is to manage stress levels (hard I know when life gets in the way!), but by doing so you enable your body to cope better with the changes that are happening.
Reflexology helps to relieve stress, improve sleep, mood and general wellbeing, which in turn can bring about a much better feeling of balance in the body.
