With fond memories and best wishes, we say farewell to Angela.

Angela has been an important part of Pineshield for 21 years, and we cannot thank her enough for all of her dedication, hard work, and contributions over the years.

We will miss her greatly and wish her a very happy and well-deserved retirement.

Zarah is our Employee of the Month for November.

Since joining the team, she has settled in extremely well and become a fantastic fit within the team. She has been a huge help and a great source of support during pressured times, willingly taking on additional jobs and responsibilities to ensure the care team continues to run smoothly.

Zarah has brought new knowledge, perspectives, and fresh ideas that have already had a positive impact on the way we work. Her friendly attitude has allowed her to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

At Pineshield, we see every day how the right activities can completely transform someone’s mood, confidence and sense of independence.

For some, it’s the social moments like chatting, laughing and taking part in group activities. For others, it’s gentle movement that keeps the body active and supports mobility. Many people thrive on mental stimulation, while others benefit most from calming wellbeing sessions.

Everyone is different, and that’s why creating a mix of meaningful, personalised activities is such an important part of the care we provide.
